Delete your Tockly account

Delete it in the app

• 1. Open Tockly and tap Your space in the bottom bar.
• 2. In the account card, tap Delete account.
• 3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Tockly account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, and the name and account identifier shared by Google if you signed in with Google.
• Sign-in records held by our authentication service.
• Usage records for article import and the coach's pick.

What is kept

• Nothing on our servers. There is no extra retention period.
• Workouts, plans and sets saved on your phone are not affected, because they were never uploaded. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes them.
• A rating or review you left on Google Play stays with Google Play, under Google's terms.
